We are proud that Kesgrave Kestrels is a friendly and well run local Club.  The Club is affiliated to the Suffolk County Football Association.  We are working towards achieving the FA Charter Standard for both our youth and adult teams during the 2012.

The Committee have agreed a number of policies that determine how the Club is run.  These include our Equality Policy, our Safeguarding Policy and our Volunteering Policy.  Our aim is that the Club is accessible to players from all backgrounds, and that it is run in a manner which is free from discrimination on any ground.  We acknowledge that every child or young person who plays or participates in football should be able to take part in an enjoyable and safe environment and be protected from poor practice and abuse.

The Club’s policy is that each team is managed by a coach with at least the FA Level 1 coaching qualification.  All of our coaches also complete the FA Safeguarding Children Workshop. 

If at any point you are unhappy with any aspect of the running of the Club you may make a complaint.  The Club has a Complaints Procedure and undertakes to deal with complaints in line with this.  You can download a copy of the Procedure from this page.
